Tuner Construction is responsible for building the 12-story project over the brick-clad base that was historically known as St. John’s Terminal. Island Diversified was subcontracted to perform the stucco application on the exterior façade of the building. In the open stairwells, we applied BASWA Phon Seamless Sound Absorbing Plaster to absorb excessive reverberation in the space.
